Support Groups

Looking for a place to connect with others who are on a similar journey to wellness? We are looking to build exactly that. Our mental health support group is a place where you can meet new people, share your experiences, and find the support you need to feel less alone. Join us today and become a part of a community that’s committed to uplifting and supporting one another. We are starting with two groups, but feel free to let us know of any other types that you are seeking support for.
General Support Group
This group will discuss all topics presented by any member. The aim is to meet weekly if 5 or more group members are available.
Sexual Assault Support Group
This group is specific to members who want to talk about this specific type of trauma, with other who are able to relate and share their reflections/thoughts.
